Claymore Solutions Corporation is looking for a dynamic and organized CRM Coordinator to support our Manager, CRM & Promotions. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the seamless execution of our day-to-day CRM strategies and EDM (Electronic Direct Mail) campaigns. You will also take ownership of the graphic design production process, ensuring all assets align with our brand guidelines.
We are seeking a creative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. As a CRM Coordinator, you will bridge the gap between data management and creative execution, helping us drive customer engagement and brand loyalty. This full-time position is based in Taguig City.
Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Manager, CRM & Promotions in the daily execution and monitoring of CRM strategies and EDM campaigns.
- Manage and maintain customer databases to ensure high data accuracy and integrity.
- Create compelling graphic designs, email templates, and marketing collateral using brand assets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure CRM initiatives align with broader promotional goals.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management review.
- Maintain consistency across all digital touchpoints and visual communications.
- Assist in coordinating customer engagement initiatives and events.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and EDM execution.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
