Are you a data-driven marketer with a passion for building lasting customer relationships? MediaCorp is seeking a dynamic CRM & Customer Lifecycle Manager to lead our retention strategies for The Wonder Shop. In this role, you will be the architect of our customer journey, leveraging insights to drive engagement, loyalty, and lifetime value.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping how our customers experience our brand, from onboarding and activation to re-engagement and advocacy. The ideal candidate will combine creative campaign development with rigorous analytical skills to optimize every touchpoint. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategies that drive user retention and revenue growth.
  • Design and implement automated email, SMS, and push notification campaigns based on user segmentation and behavioral data.
  • Conduct regular A/B testing on messaging, creative assets, and landing pages to optimize conversion rates.
  • Analyze customer cohorts to identify churn risks and implement proactive win-back programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Creative, and Data Analytics, to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as LTV, churn rate, open rates, and ROI, providing actionable insights to leadership.
  • Manage the customer loyalty program, conceptualizing incentives that drive repeat purchases.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, or Email Marketing.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Braze, HubSpot, or Klaviyo) and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into strategy.
  • Exceptional copywriting and creative skills with an eye for user-centric design.
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end campaigns that have successfully increased retention metrics.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
