- Manage and maintain the company’s CRM database to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute customer events and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
- Analyze customer data and engagement metrics to identify trends and optimize retention strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and customer communication plans.
- Assist in the segmentation of customer lists for personalized marketing efforts.
- Monitor the performance of CRM campaigns and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive loyalty and repeat business.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience or strong interest in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and data analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is an advantage.
