Join Eu Yan Sang (Malaysia) as a CRM Executive and drive our customer retention strategy to new heights. In this pivotal role, you'll design, implement, and optimize loyalty programs that strengthen customer relationships, reduce churn rates, and elevate member satisfaction across all communication channels. You'll leverage data analytics to identify retention opportunities, craft personalized engagement campaigns, and measure program effectiveness through KPI tracking. Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure seamless omnichannel experiences while maintaining accurate CRM data integrity. Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years CRM or customer retention experience
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Strong analytical skills with data interpretation abilities
- Experience developing customer loyalty programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced environments
