Focal Consulting is seeking a dedicated and strategic CRM Executive to lead our customer engagement efforts in Kuala Lumpur. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for managing the entire customer lifecycle, from initial acquisition to long-term retention. You will utilize our CRM tools to segment audiences, automate personalized communications, and analyze performance data to drive continuous improvement. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of the CRM platform, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security.
- Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and improve retention rates.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align CRM strategies with broader business objectives.
- Segment customer databases to deliver personalized communication and offers.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and report on key metrics.
- Implement and optimize customer loyalty programs to drive repeat business.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a CRM Executive or in a similar customer relationship management role.
- Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience with email marketing automation tools.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on customer experience.
