We are seeking a highly motivated CRM Executive to join our growing iGaming team in Kuala Lumpur. In this pivotal role, you will be the architect of our player engagement strategy, focusing on data-driven initiatives to drive retention, reactivation, and maximize Customer Lifetime Value (CLV). Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute comprehensive email and SMS marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain active players.
- Analyze player behavior data and segmentation to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Develop and manage reactivation campaigns specifically targeting dormant users to bring them back to the platform.
- Oversee the VIP engagement program, ensuring high-value players receive personalized attention and rewards.
- Collaborate with the creative and product teams to launch targeted promotions based on seasonal events and player preferences.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, and provide regular performance reports.
- Optimize database hygiene and segmentation strategies to ensure marketing messages reach the right audience.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in CRM, Email Marketing, or Customer Retention within the iGaming or online gaming industry.
- Strong proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp) and data analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Deep understanding of player lifecycle stages and retention strategies.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
