Are you a data-driven marketer with a passion for building lasting customer relationships? HAG Store is seeking a strategic and analytical CRM & Loyalty Manager to join our growing team in Kota Kinabalu. In this pivotal role, you will be the architect of our customer retention strategy, responsible for designing and executing lifecycle marketing campaigns that drive engagement, increase customer lifetime value (CLV), and foster brand advocacy.

You will work at the intersection of data analytics, creative strategy, and technology, leveraging customer insights to deliver personalized experiences across multiple touchpoints. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and is eager to optimize our loyalty programs to ensure HAG Store remains a top-of-mind choice for our customers.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive CRM strategies to improve customer retention and loyalty across all digital and offline channels.
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of our loyalty program, including onboarding, engagement, and win-back initiatives.
  • Analyze customer data and segmentation to drive hyper-personalized marketing campaigns and promotional offers.
  • Collaborate with the creative and digital teams to produce high-performing email, SMS, and push notification marketing assets.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as churn rate, CLV, conversion rates, and loyalty program participation.
  • Conduct A/B testing on marketing workflows to continuously optimize campaign performance and ROI.
  • Provide regular insights to leadership on consumer behavior trends and actionable opportunities for brand growth.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in CRM, loyalty marketing, or digital marketing roles.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives for different customer segments.
  • Hands-on experience with customer segmentation, cohort analysis, and database management.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with the Malaysian retail landscape and customer preferences is a distinct advantage.
