Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze customer data using SQL/Python to identify trends and opportunities for marketing optimization
- Develop and execute targeted CRM campaigns across customer lifecycle stages
- Create predictive models for customer segmentation and lifetime value forecasting
- Design A/B tests to improve campaign performance and conversion rates
- Monitor KPIs and generate actionable reports for stakeholders
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align data strategies with business objectives
- Implement loyalty program enhancements based on behavioral analysis
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in CRM or marketing analytics
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools
- Strong statistical modeling and data visualization skills
- Knowledge of retail industry marketing best practices
- Excellent communication skills for presenting complex insights
