In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the Engagement Marketing Supervisor, Email, and will be the engine behind our email marketing strategy.
Your primary focus will be the coordination and execution of email campaigns that resonate with our audience. You will leverage customer data to create personalized experiences, ensuring our brand voice remains consistent across all touchpoints. From drafting compelling copy to analyzing performance metrics, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our customer lifecycle. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end execution of email marketing campaigns, from strategy to delivery.
- Collaborate with creative teams to design and code responsive email templates using HTML/CSS.
- Analyze campaign performance data (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Segment customer databases to deliver targeted, personalized content that drives engagement.
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and send times to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor inbox placement rates and manage list hygiene to ensure high deliverability.
- Assist in the maintenance and updates of the CRM database to ensure data accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of professional experience in email marketing or CRM coordination.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Klaviyo, Mailchimp).
- Strong understanding of HTML and CSS for basic email coding and template customization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and reporting dashboards.
