Claymore Solutions Corporation is seeking a highly motivated CRM & Promotion Manager to join our expanding team in Taguig City. In this pivotal role, you will be the architect of our retention strategy, tasked with building and scaling our promotions engine from day one.
Reporting into our leadership team based in Australia, you will translate high-level international strategic goals into localized, high-conversion campaigns. You will own the customer lifecycle, leveraging advanced segmentation, personalized messaging, and data-backed promotional tactics to drive loyalty and maximize customer lifetime value (CLV). Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and manage the end-to-end CRM and promotional strategy to increase customer retention and engagement.
- Translate Australian strategic direction into localized marketing campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
- Manage the execution of multi-channel promotional calendars, including email, SMS, and in-app messaging.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize ROI and improve key retention KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of promotional offers and loyalty programs.
- Segment the customer database to deliver hyper-personalized experiences that drive repeat purchases.
- Identify, test, and implement new opportunities for customer lifecycle optimization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience in CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, or Promotional Management roles.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Braze, HubSpot, or similar).
- Experience working with international teams or reporting to stakeholders across different time zones.
- Excellent understanding of customer segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign automation.
- Exceptional project management skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate strategy and results to leadership.
