We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented professional to spearhead our Community Social Responsibility initiatives. In this dynamic role, you will design and execute high-impact CSR programs that resonate with our stakeholders and drive meaningful change.
You will act as the primary point of contact for community engagement, organizing outreach activities that align perfectly with our company’s values. From concept to completion, you will manage budgets, coordinate logistics, and ensure every event leaves a lasting positive impression. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of CSR programs, campaigns, and community outreach initiatives.
- Develop and manage the annual CSR calendar and project timelines to ensure timely delivery of all activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate logistics, budgets, and venue requirements.
- Write compelling content for event proposals, press releases, and social media updates to maximize engagement.
- Monitor and report on the impact of CSR activities, preparing detailed post-event analysis and success metrics.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with community partners, non-profits, and local government units.
- Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining high-quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in event planning, specifically within a corporate CSR or marketing capacity.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated experience in budgeting, vendor management, and on-site event coordination.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for community engagement and social responsibility.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media management tools.
