Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and refine age-appropriate curriculum frameworks aligned with MOE guidelines and best practices
- Lead teacher training workshops on pedagogical strategies and curriculum implementation
- Monitor and evaluate curriculum effectiveness through classroom observations and student assessments
- Develop educational resources and materials that promote inquiry-based learning
- Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate multicultural perspectives into curriculum
- Stay current with international educational trends and research innovations
- Oversee assessment systems to track developmental progress and learning outcomes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in preschool curriculum development
- Teaching certification (Diploma in Preschool Teaching or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of Singapore's Nurturing Early Learners (NEL) framework
- Experience mentoring educators and facilitating professional development
- Excellent analytical and documentation skills
- Proficiency in educational technology and curriculum management tools
