Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research and lead generation
- Develop customized digital solutions proposals aligned with client growth objectives
- Present Rumahweb's service portfolio (hosting, domains, cloud services) to prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through post-sale support and upselling
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless implementation of client solutions
- Analyze market trends to refine acquisition strategies and competitive positioning
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high client satisfaction metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (S1)
- Minimum 2 years experience in B2B sales or customer acquisition
- Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills with consultative approach
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals and web technologies
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia with excellent written communication
