Tanggung Jawab
- Act as the frontline representative for client inquiries, providing timely and accurate information regarding our communication services.
- Manage the end-to-end process for permits and regulatory documentation required for mission-critical operations.
- Monitor client communication systems to identify and address potential issues before they impact service quality.
- Liaise with internal technical teams to resolve complex customer issues and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of all client interactions, permits, and service requests within our internal database.
- Provide strategic feedback to management to help improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer support, preferably within the telecommunications, logistics, or technology sector.
- Demonstrated ability to handle administrative tasks, such as permit management and documentation tracking.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong professional demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm and focused under pressure.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Amenable to working on-site in Cubao, Metro Manila.
