Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end management of the loyalty program, including member enrollment, data updates, and reward redemption processes.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and behaviors to improve retention rates.
- Maintain the integrity of the customer database, ensuring data hygiene and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design targeted campaigns based on customer segmentation and loyalty tiers.
- Prepare and present regular reports on customer data metrics, loyalty program performance, and sales impact.
- Identify opportunities to optimize customer journeys and enhance the overall customer experience.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Customer Data Management, CRM, or Loyalty Program management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and data visualization tools.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is highly desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
