Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute dynamic marketing campaigns in various event and retail settings.
- Act as a primary brand ambassador, engaging directly with potential customers to build brand awareness.
- Collect, analyze, and report on consumer feedback to optimize future engagement strategies.
- Develop a deep understanding of our diverse client portfolio to deliver tailored messaging.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to meet and exceed monthly performance targets.
- Participate in regular coaching sessions to enhance sales techniques and communication efficacy.
- Represent Tensho Marketing at corporate events and roadshows with a high level of professionalism.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence others.
- A proactive, positive, and resilient mindset, capable of handling rejection with professional maturity.
