We are now seeking a confident, driven, and customer-focused Customer Executive to join our growing team in Puchong, Selangor.

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring seamless service delivery from initial inquiry to post-inspection follow-up. You will build lasting relationships, identify new opportunities, and collaborate closely with our marketing and operations teams to drive business growth. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information on fire inspection services.
  • Coordinate inspection schedules, liaise with field teams, and follow up with clients to ensure timely service completion.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional safety solutions and packages.
  • Prepare professional presentations and reports to communicate inspection findings and recommendations to clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, campaigns, and client engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline data in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team objectives.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or account management (fresh graduates with strong potential are also encouraged to apply).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to take on challenges.
  • Confident, positive attitude with a genuine desire to help others and make an impact.
