Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily customer interactions via phone, email, and social media platforms to ensure high satisfaction.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive foot traffic.
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback on third-party platforms like Google and TripAdvisor.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and operations teams to align marketing strategies with service delivery.
- Create engaging visual content, including photos and captions, for social media and promotional materials.
- Analyze marketing metrics and customer data to optimize future strategies and campaigns.
- Assist in organizing and promoting restaurant events and loyalty programs.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service or digital marketing.
- Strong proficiency in social media tools and basic graphic design software (e.g., Canva).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Malay.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Proactive attitude with a strong focus on detail and customer satisfaction.
- Basic understanding of SEO and web analytics is a plus.
