Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer support in Korean via phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolve complex customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues with cultural nuance
- Document interactions and maintain accurate case histories in CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service quality and processes
- Meet key performance indicators including resolution rates and customer satisfaction scores
- Continuously expand product knowledge and service protocols for assigned clients

Kualifikasi
- Native-level Korean language proficiency with exceptional written and verbal skills
- Fluency in English for international team collaboration
- 1+ years of customer service experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence
- Ability to adapt to multicultural environments and flexible schedules
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education a plus
