Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle daily inquiries from prospective and current students via phone, email, and walk-ins.
  • Provide comprehensive information regarding course programs, tuition, and scheduling.
  • Manage the student registration process and ensure all administrative records are accurate and up to date.
  • Maintain high levels of student satisfaction by addressing feedback and resolving concerns promptly.
  • Assist in the coordination of student schedules and promotional events.
  • Prepare regular reports on student engagement and service performance for management.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure seamless communication between students and the academic team.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma degree (D3) or Bachelor degree (S1) in any field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in customer service or education is a plus.
  • Possess a friendly, proactive, and 'happy' attitude toward customer interaction.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Highly organized with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be able to commit to the working hours: Monday - Friday (12:00 - 21:00) and Saturday (09:00 - 15:00).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer operation.
