Tanggung Jawab
- Handle daily inquiries from prospective and current students via phone, email, and walk-ins.
- Provide comprehensive information regarding course programs, tuition, and scheduling.
- Manage the student registration process and ensure all administrative records are accurate and up to date.
- Maintain high levels of student satisfaction by addressing feedback and resolving concerns promptly.
- Assist in the coordination of student schedules and promotional events.
- Prepare regular reports on student engagement and service performance for management.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure seamless communication between students and the academic team.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma degree (D3) or Bachelor degree (S1) in any field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in customer service or education is a plus.
- Possess a friendly, proactive, and 'happy' attitude toward customer interaction.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Highly organized with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to commit to the working hours: Monday - Friday (12:00 - 21:00) and Saturday (09:00 - 15:00).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer operation.
