Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive safety and security management plans tailored to the organization's specific needs.
- Oversee the daily operations of the security team, ensuring all personnel adhere to established protocols and regulations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer service improvements, analyzing feedback to implement strategic enhancements.
- Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and mitigate risks effectively.
- Manage crisis situations and emergency response procedures, coordinating with local law enforcement when necessary.
- Foster a culture of professionalism and customer-centricity across all departments to enhance the overall brand reputation.
- Prepare detailed reports on security incidents and customer service metrics for executive review and compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Criminology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in security management and customer relations leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine safety regulations, security best practices, and legal compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to de-escalate conflict and build rapport.
- Proven track record in managing teams and implementing service improvement strategies.
- Certification in security management or related training is a distinct advantage.
- Willingness to work in Marikina City, Metro Manila.
