Tanggung Jawab
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and empathy
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for future reference and analysis
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and ensure timely follow-up
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and implement solutions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies
- Contribute to customer satisfaction goals and metrics through exceptional service delivery
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset
- Proficiency with CRM systems and customer service software
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude when dealing with challenging situations
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or business is a plus
