The SM Store is looking for a dedicated Customer Relations Service Manager to join our team in Zamboanga. As a leading retail brand, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining a safe shopping environment. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Customer Relations Service (CRS) team and security personnel. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage, mentor, and supervise the daily operations of the Customer Relations Service (CRS) and Security teams.
- Oversee the scheduling, training, and performance evaluations of CRS and security personnel.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve conflicts professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Implement and enforce company policies, security protocols, and service standards across the store.
- Coordinate closely with store management to address operational issues and improve service efficiency.
- Conduct regular briefings and training sessions to keep staff updated on product knowledge and customer service techniques.
- Monitor store premises to ensure a secure and orderly shopping environment for all customers.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in customer service management or security supervision within the retail industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with diplomacy.
- Knowledge of basic retail operations and security procedures.
- Flexibility to work on shifting schedules, including holidays and weekends.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications.
