Tanggung Jawab

  • Supervise and train the CRS Representatives and security personnel to ensure adherence to company standards and policies.
  • Monitor daily operations to guarantee excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
  • Coordinate with the security team to maintain store safety, orderliness, and a secure shopping atmosphere.
  • Conduct regular performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of new CRS staff members.
  • Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for customer relations and store safety.
  • Handle high-priority customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
  • Manage inventory checks and report discrepancies related to store operations.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within retail or customer service is required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse clientele.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure, handling difficult situations with empathy.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management and retail operations is a plus.
  • Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Proactive attitude with a strong focus on team leadership and operational efficiency.
