Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough customer surveys to assess loan eligibility and risk factors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries in a timely manner
- Prepare detailed survey reports and submit recommendations to management
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities
- Stay updated on company products, services, and policies
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or survey-related roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
