PT. KB Finansia Multi Finance (Kreditplus) is a leading multi-finance company in Indonesia, committed to providing accessible financial solutions. We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) - Electronic to join our team at the Cempaka Mas branch.
As a CRO, you will be the face of Kreditplus, acting as a bridge between our company and customers looking for electronic financing solutions. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, relationship management, and driving business growth in a fast-paced retail environment. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market share and ensuring customer satisfaction by providing professional financial consulting.
Tanggung Jawab
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the electronic retail sector.
- Achieve monthly sales targets for electronic financing products consistently.
- Conduct professional presentations and explain credit products/programs to customers clearly.
- Perform verification of customer data and documentation to ensure compliance with company credit policies.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities and expand the network of partner electronic merchants.
- Monitor and manage the customer lifecycle, from application submission to loan disbursement.
- Prepare regular activity and sales performance reports for the branch management team.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree from any major.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or customer relations (Fresh graduates with high motivation are welcome to apply).
- Possess a passion for field sales and meeting new people.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work with field-based targets and mobile throughout the Jakarta Utara area.
- Good understanding of the consumer finance or electronic retail industry is a plus.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and basic digital reporting tools.
