PT. KB Finansia Multi Finance (Kreditplus) is looking for a dedicated and dynamic Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) specializing in Electronics to join our growing team in Pangkalan Bun. As a leading multi-finance company, we provide accessible financing solutions for various needs. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through the financing process for electronic goods and ensuring a smooth, professional experience.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conducting customer interviews to analyze needs and recommend suitable financing plans for electronic products.
- Preparing and presenting credit proposals and financing contracts to potential customers.
- Verifying customer data, documents, and creditworthiness in compliance with company policies.
- Processing loan applications and managing the disbursement of funds.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure retention and loyalty.
- Resolving customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.
- Conducting regular follow-ups on account status and conducting field visits for assessment.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field.
- Experience in the multi-finance, banking, or retail sector is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively in Indonesian and English.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly sales targets.
- Valid SIM A (Driving License) is required.
- Residing in Pangkalan Bun or the surrounding Arut Selatan area.
