Tanggung Jawab

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels with professionalism and empathy
  • Provide accurate information about Asta Medical International's products and services
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
  • Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex customer issues
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest solutions to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics including call quality, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or call center environment
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach
  • Proficient in using computers and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
