Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers warmly, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including payments, change, and receipts.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems and other retail software efficiently.
- Assist in inventory management and stock organization.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer emails or messages promptly.
- Process loan agreements and documentation as required by company policy.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (SMK/SMA).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in cashier or customer service roles.
