Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end order processing, ensuring high accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff and logistics partners to ensure seamless delivery schedules.
- Maintain precise administrative records and update customer databases in real-time.
- Troubleshoot delivery discrepancies or order issues with a solution-oriented approach.
- Generate daily reports regarding order status and service performance metrics.
- Support general administrative tasks to optimize warehouse office workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Diploma, or equivalent certification.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, logistics, or warehouse administration.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively in a warehouse-based office environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure.
