Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service for jewellery and gold products, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly
- Sell and promote the company's premium jewellery and gold collections to new and existing customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Process orders, payments, and returns efficiently while maintaining accurate records
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitive offerings
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business, marketing, or related fields is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or the jewellery industry is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities with a track record of achieving sales targets
