In this dual-function role, you will be the face of our organization, ensuring our students and parents feel welcomed while driving our brand awareness through strategic marketing initiatives.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage front-of-house operations, providing a warm and professional welcome to parents and students.
- Handle incoming enquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms promptly.
- Assist in the registration process and maintain accurate student records within our management system.
- Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns to increase enrollment and brand visibility.
- Create engaging content for social media channels, including photos, videos, and updates on academy activities.
- Coordinate with coaches and administrative staff to ensure seamless class scheduling and events.
- Gather and analyze feedback to enhance the overall customer experience at the academy.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Levels, Diploma, or equivalent professional certification.
- Proven experience in a customer service, receptionist, or administrative role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, particularly with children and parents.
- Basic graphic design or social media management skills (Canva, Instagram/TikTok content creation).
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment with a proactive 'can-do' attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM software.
- Passion for gymnastics or sports education is highly preferred.
