Tanggung Jawab
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a professional and empathetic approach.
- Assist customers with product information, vehicle service bookings, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations promptly while adhering to company policies and service level agreements.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Process customer orders, warranty claims, and service updates efficiently.
- Provide feedback to management on common customer issues and suggest improvements to enhance the service experience.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Levels or Diploma in any field; relevant experience in automotive or retail is preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or call center operations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a pleasant, customer-oriented attitude.
- Valid Singapore work pass or eligibility to work in Singapore.
