Tanggung Jawab

  • Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are consistently met.
  • Lead, train, and mentor agents to enhance their skills, productivity, and confidence.
  • Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism, empathy, and effective problem-solving.
  • Implement process improvements and operational strategies to streamline workflows.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, one-on-one coaching sessions, and performance reviews.

  • Ensure strict compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a BPO or Customer Service environment.
  • Proven leadership and supervisory experience is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
