Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are consistently met.
- Lead, train, and mentor agents to enhance their skills, productivity, and confidence.
- Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism, empathy, and effective problem-solving.
- Implement process improvements and operational strategies to streamline workflows.
- Conduct regular team meetings, one-on-one coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
- Maintain a positive, motivating, and inclusive work environment for all staff members.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in any field or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a BPO or Customer Service environment.
- Proven leadership and supervisory experience is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
- High level of emotional intelligence and professionalism.
