Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls with professional etiquette.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns with accuracy and speed.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Document call details and customer requests clearly using organized handwritten or digital logs.
  • Ensure all administrative tasks related to telephone operations are completed on time.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline customer service processes.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of company services to provide accurate information to callers.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, both spoken and written, with a polite and professional tone.
  • Neat, clear, and legible handwriting skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • High attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Previous experience in a Call Center or front-desk environment is preferred but not mandatory.
