Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve product/service issues with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Collaborate with sales and support teams to address complex cases
- Process orders, returns, and warranty claims
- Identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer value
- Maintain detailed knowledge of company products and policies
- Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service protocols
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (D3/S1 preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence
- Proficient in MS Office and customer service software
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is advantageous
- Resident of Medan or willing to relocate
