Tanggung Jawab

  • Serve as the primary liaison between international agencies, overseas partners, and local clients to ensure operational transparency.
  • Manage end-to-end customer inquiries, including shipment tracking, documentation updates, and issue resolution via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests within the company database.
  • Coordinate with internal logistics teams to ensure all client expectations regarding delivery timelines and regulatory compliance are met.
  • Proactively identify and address potential service bottlenecks before they impact the client experience.
  • Prepare and process necessary shipping documentation for international transit.
  • Provide regular status updates to clients and stakeholders regarding complex logistical shipments.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma degree (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field, preferably Business, Communications, or Logistics.
  • Active command of English (written and verbal) is strictly required for international correspondence.
  • Highly agile, with the ability to multitask effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced logistics environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering high-quality, professional customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented culture.
  • Resilient, detail-oriented, and capable of solving problems independently.
