- Deliver outstanding customer service to gym members via phone, email, and in-person
- Process membership package purchases and payment transactions accurately
- Resolve member inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly
- Maintain detailed customer records and transaction data
- Actively promote fitness packages and additional services to members
- Collaborate with sales and support teams to enhance member experience
- Adhere to company policies while maintaining high service standards
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or sales preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong problem-solving abilities with conflict resolution expertise
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and POS systems
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
