Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency
- Provide accurate product/service information and solutions
- Document all interactions in CRM systems while maintaining detailed records

- Meet performance metrics including call handling time and satisfaction scores

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or call center experience
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English proficiency
- Strong verbal/written communication and active listening skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure during escalated situations
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
