Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding financial accounts with empathy and professionalism.
  • Process customer requests, including balance inquiries, transactions, and account verifications.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalations in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Adhere to established scripts, policies, and procedures to ensure quality service delivery.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Identify opportunities to provide value-added information to enhance customer satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

  • Must be currently residing in Cebu City, Cebu.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment.
