Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding financial accounts with empathy and professionalism.
- Process customer requests, including balance inquiries, transactions, and account verifications.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations in a timely and efficient manner.
- Adhere to established scripts, policies, and procedures to ensure quality service delivery.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to provide value-added information to enhance customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Must be currently residing in Cebu City, Cebu.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment.
