Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries regarding travel packages, accommodations, and destinations
- Process bookings, reservations, and modifications using CRM systems
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency
- Maintain detailed customer records and transaction history
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Stay updated on travel industry trends and destination information
- Meet performance metrics including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores
- Support marketing initiatives through upselling travel-related products
Kualifikasi
- High school graduate or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 6 months international customer contact experience (CCE)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM systems
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Pleasant demeanor with a customer-first mindset
