Tanggung Jawab
- Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy with customers.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately.
- Follow communication scripts, guidelines, and policies.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts.
- Meet performance goals (volume, quality, customer satisfaction).
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School Graduate (K-12 Graduate preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Willing to work onsite in Makati City.
- Open to shifting schedules (night shift, weekends, holidays).
- With or without BPO experience—training is provided.
- Basic computer and typing skills (at least 25 WPM).
- Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.
- Customer-oriented and has a positive attitude.
