Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy with customers.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately.
  • Follow communication scripts, guidelines, and policies.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts.
  • Meet performance goals (volume, quality, customer satisfaction).
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

Kualifikasi

  • At least a High School Graduate (K-12 Graduate preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Willing to work onsite in Makati City.
  • Open to shifting schedules (night shift, weekends, holidays).
  • With or without BPO experience—training is provided.
  • Basic computer and typing skills (at least 25 WPM).
  • Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.
  • Customer-oriented and has a positive attitude.
