Tanggung Jawab
- Manage inbound/outbound customer inquiries regarding dispatch operations and logistics status
- Coordinate with drivers, warehouses, and clients to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Track shipment statuses using dispatch management systems and provide real-time updates
- Resolve customer complaints and service issues with empathy and efficiency
- Process order modifications, rescheduling, and delivery exception handling
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transaction details
- Collaborate with logistics team to optimize delivery routes and service quality
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or logistics coordination
- Proficiency in English and Filipino communication (verbal/written)
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset
- Familiarity with CRM systems and dispatch management software
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends if required
