Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound inquiries regarding financial or healthcare services with professional empathy.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and quality assurance scores.
- Document customer interactions clearly in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service delivery processes.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations for financial/healthcare data.
- Meet and exceed daily performance KPIs and metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Educational attainment: Senior High School graduate or completed at least 2 years in college.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Previous experience in a BPO, Financial, or Healthcare account is a major plus but not required.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in using CRM software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Must be willing to work on-site at UP Technohub, Quezon City.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
