Tanggung Jawab
- Professionally manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls related to order taking, product inquiries, and account management for an Australian client.
- Accurately input, update, and track customer orders, returns, and exchanges using proprietary CRM software and internal systems.
- Identify customer needs, troubleshoot problems, and provide effective solutions to ensure complete client satisfaction.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the client's products, services, and policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
- Document all interactions thoroughly in the system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company standards.
- Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues and improve overall service delivery.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call quality, average handling time, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1 to 2 years of solid experience in a Customer Service Representative role, preferably within an Australian or international account.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills; must be able to engage professionally and empathetically with customers.
- Strong problem-solving and active listening skills with a genuine passion for helping others.
- Proficient in computer navigation, CRM systems, and the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail, especially when processing orders and managing data.
- Able to work independently in a remote setting, maintaining focus and productivity with minimal supervision.
- Must have a reliable fiber internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps) and a quiet, dedicated home office setup.
- Willingness to work during Australian business hours (typically morning to mid-shift Philippine time).
