Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver world-class service to customers via phone, email, or chat channels.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account inquiries.
- Troubleshoot customer issues with patience and empathy to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions clearly and concisely in the internal database.
- Collaborate with team leads and peers to meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Adhere to company protocols, security measures, and quality assurance standards.
- Participate in ongoing product training and coaching sessions to maintain high performance.
Kualifikasi
- At least Senior High School graduate or completed at least 2 years in College.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to multitask and navigate through various computer applications simultaneously.
- Willingness to work in a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Prior experience in a BPO or customer-facing role is an advantage but not required.
- Resilient, goal-oriented, and eager to learn in a pioneer project environment.
