Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound inquiries from customers regarding telecommunications services, billing, and account features.
- Perform basic to intermediate technical troubleshooting for mobile, internet, and cable services.
- Process plan upgrades, service renewals, and service cancellations with a focus on customer retention.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering accurate, timely, and professional solutions.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed monthly performance targets, including Quality Assurance, Average Handle Time (AHT), and Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
- Collaborate with team leads and peers to identify process improvements and enhance service delivery.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of solid BPO experience, preferably within a Telecommunications or Technical Support account.
- Completed at least 2 years in college; High School graduates with significant experience are welcome to apply.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on neutral accent.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address customer concerns effectively.
- Proficiency in computer navigation, multitasking, and typing speed (at least 35 WPM).
- Flexibility to work in shifting schedules, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be willing to work on-site at our Pasig (Bridgetowne), QC, or Makati locations.
