Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound voice calls with professional demeanor and empathy.
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding account status, financial services, and general support.
- Navigate multiple software platforms efficiently while maintaining accurate call logs.
- Consistently meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) regarding quality, handle time, and customer satisfaction.
- Provide clear, concise information to clients to ensure understanding and resolution.
- Participate in regular coaching sessions and team meetings to enhance service delivery.
- Maintain high levels of data security and confidentiality in all customer interactions.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a BPO or Customer Service environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear, neutral accent.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficient in basic computer navigation and multitasking.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Flexibility to work in shifting schedules, including weekends or holidays if required.
