Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound voice calls with professional demeanor and empathy.
  • Resolve customer inquiries regarding account status, financial services, and general support.
  • Navigate multiple software platforms efficiently while maintaining accurate call logs.
  • Consistently meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) regarding quality, handle time, and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide clear, concise information to clients to ensure understanding and resolution.
  • Participate in regular coaching sessions and team meetings to enhance service delivery.
  • Maintain high levels of data security and confidentiality in all customer interactions.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a BPO or Customer Service environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear, neutral accent.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Proficient in basic computer navigation and multitasking.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Flexibility to work in shifting schedules, including weekends or holidays if required.
