Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the internal database.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet individual and departmental KPIs.
- Adhere to company policies, industry standards, and data privacy regulations.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Contribute to a positive and productive onsite work environment.
Kualifikasi
- Open to High School graduates (Old/New Curriculum) and Fresh Graduates.
- Strong command of the English language, both verbal and written.
- Basic computer navigation skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
- Willingness to work onsite in Metro Manila.
- Excellent listening, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the company.
