Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism.
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the internal database.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet individual and departmental KPIs.
  • Adhere to company policies, industry standards, and data privacy regulations.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive onsite work environment.

Kualifikasi

  • Open to High School graduates (Old/New Curriculum) and Fresh Graduates.
  • Strong command of the English language, both verbal and written.
  • Basic computer navigation skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
  • Willingness to work onsite in Metro Manila.
  • Excellent listening, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
