As the voice of our brand across multiple digital channels, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our reputation for excellence by engaging with our community on platforms like TikTok and various social media hubs.
In this Work-From-Home (WFH) role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. - Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and social media platforms.
- Monitor and engage with community comments and direct messages on TikTok and other brand channels.
- Resolve customer concerns with empathy, accuracy, and efficiency to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our internal CRM systems for quality assurance.
- Stay up-to-date with brand guidelines and product updates to provide consistent, accurate information.
- Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to escalate trending feedback or potential issues.
- Maintain a professional tone that aligns with our brand voice in all digital communications.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in a customer service, support, or community management role.
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal, with excellent grammar and spelling skills.
- Deep familiarity with social media platforms, specifically TikTok, and an understanding of digital community etiquette.
- High-speed internet connection and a conducive, private home-office workspace.
- Ability to multitask effectively while navigating multiple chat and email windows simultaneously.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and comfortable learning new software tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
